Did they qualify already? I thought only South Africa, Italy, Netherlands, Australia and a couple of Asian countries were done qualifying.

The US hasn't qualified yet, but unless something truly bad happens like them losing every last WCQ then they are pretty much a lock. Next qualifier is vs Mexico at Azteca Stadium on Aug 12th.

Italy has been in very poor form lately. I'm not sure they will qualify if they keep it up.

Argentina is another side that if they don't pull it together won't make it in. Personally I like Brazil, the Netherlands, toss in Russia as a dark horse to win the WC '10.

I'll be happy with the US making it out of group play and maybe getting to the quarterfinals. Just out of group play will be nice for us though I think.

Anyone catch Brock Lesnar at UFC 100. He is taking a lot of shit for his actions, but I thought it was great. He just cemented himself as the most hated man in UFC. The next time he fights will be pay-per-view and I bet it will be huge now because of that.
