On Alpha I've got all my bases named after the Norse worlds and some of the halls of the gods. Other ideas might be to name them for mythical or legendary places (Camelot, Atlantis, etc.). You can also go with the last names of your favorite authors, with a number afteward denoting their place in the system. (King 2, Rowling 1, etc.)

really just a matter of personal choice. i like the planet names from warhammer 40k ie: Nostromo, Cypra Mundi, Mordian, etc. go with a topic your interested in, that way you will be more inclined to look up cool names Smile

Some of my bases on Epsilon are mathematical terms, mostly dealing with geometry.
I recommend using names of stuff your involved with right now. The inspiration flows a lot easier.~~LALALALALALALALALALA~~
