- Beside the normal protection rules to new players that protect them just until level 30, a new rule will be implemented to protect them by giving less incentive to high level players to attack much lower level players.
Rule:
If a player attacks/occupy a player less that 2/3 of his level:
- He only gets x% of the pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income.
x% = Defender level / Attacker level x 100%
Examples:
Level 70 attacks level 60 = 100% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 70 attacks level 50 = 100% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 70 attacks level 40 = 57% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 70 attacks level 30 = 42% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 100 attacks level 90 = 100% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 100 attacks level 70 = 100% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 100 attacks level 50 = 50% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
Level 100 attacks level 30 = 30% pillage/trade routes plunder/occupation income
This rule, intended to give more protection to new players, especially in the older servers, gives them more incentive so they keep playing in those servers.
